Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been dispatched. We will consider refunds or replacements only in the following circumstances:
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product arrived visibly damaged or compromised
- The order was confirmed lost by the carrier
- The package was seized by customs (reship will be offered)
All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to sales@chemnexispharma.com
