Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placement, before processing begins. Please contact our support team immediately at support@chemnexispharma.com with your order number. Once an order enters processing, changes cannot be made.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of the contents. The sender name on the package will be listed as “CNX Research Supplies” with no reference to chemical products. Documentation inside will refer to “laboratory research materials” only.
Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries. However, due to regulatory restrictions, we cannot ship to: United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, or Finland. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
All orders are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your package is lost in shipping or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@chemnexispharma.com with your order number and photos of any damage (if applicable). We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate.
